Okay, I seriously feel like stabbing my laptop. For weeks now I haven't been able to connect to the internet! It says it's connected, has good signal, but it won't allow me access to the internet. I've tried everything it said to do, called the tech support hot-line, and tried numerous things I read about online to try and fix it. I'm about ready to say I've had it. This little cartoon describes my feelings exactly.
